I have assumed that her maiden name is Brooks because the obit says she is survived by her brother, Robert Brooks.

COVE (nee Brooks), Gladys A.
COVE, Gladys A. - 94, St. Mary's, Ont. formerly of Amherst, passed away in St. Mary's, November 26, 2002. She is survived by daughters, Marilyn Humphrey (Gary), Beverley Fox (Jim); sons, Wyman (Grace), Eldred (Marjorie), Edwin (Beatrice), John (Patricia), David (Barbara), Darrell (Lori); sister, Lillian Brown; brother, Robert Brooks; 27 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by sisters, Gertrude, Lola, Verlie, Mabel; brothers, Earle, Owen; two infant grandchildren. Her remains will rest in Cumberland Memorial Chapel, Amherst, 1-2 p.m. Monday, December 2, with funeral at 2 p.m. with Capt. Dawn Robertson officiating. Burial in Amherst Head Cemetery.
