Subject: [nscumber] Pearl Ells

List:

Would anyone be researching RIPLEY's who were in Joggins Mines about the
1920's?

It is believed Pearl (Ells) Morris second married Alder Clinton Ripley after
her husband, William Giles Morris died of pneumonia (death date unknown).
Pearl is believed to have died 17 Oct 1934.

I'm also interested in tracing her children, Julia Morris, Harry Morris and
Charles Morris (born after the 1911 Census).

William Giles Morris was the s/o Francis Abbot Morris and Martha Jane
Winters from Advocate Harbour, N.S. and Cheverie, Hants County, N.S.
respectively.

There's also a Alton Ripley married to a Christena Coleman in Joggins Mines
in the same time frame but I don't feel he's the right person. They are both
buried in Fenwick Cemetery according to Susan Hill's Cemetery Book.

Thanks for any assistance offered.

Dave

Possibility "Alder" Clinton Ripley was a "typo" for the Alden Ripley below
as it's only 1 letter off in spelling and he's living nearby in Joggins
Mines although somewhat older than Pearl.
