CRAWFORD, Ralph S. - 71, passed away March 9, 2006, at his residence in Dartmouth. He was born in Point Du Chene, N.B. He was predeceased by his parents, William and Lena Crawford. Ralph was a commercial fisherman and drove school bus for many years in New Brunswick and Amherst. He was a member of Somme Branch, Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 33. He is survived by his wife, Marlene; stepdaughter, SinD (Marc) Roy, Lower Sackville; stepson, Eric (Kristin) Brown, Orleans, Ont. He is also survived by sisters, Mabel (Robert) Dionne, Amherst; Deloris (Wilson) Hare, Miramichi, N.B., as well as a brother, Raymond, Amherst; two stepchildren, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by sisters, Doris, Sheila, Joan, and brother, Joseph. No visitation by request. Cremation has taken place under the direction of A.L. Mattatall Funeral Home, 217 Portland St., Dartmouth. Burial will be at a later date. Donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or a charity of choice. E-mails may be sent to:
