O'BRIEN, Beatrice Maude - 84, formerly of River Hebert, died March 1, 2005, in Gables Lodge, Amherst. She was the daughter of the late Charles and Maude Gates. Surviving are daughters, Joan Orr, Elizabeth "Liz" O'Brien, Kelly Gould, Caroline Dorrington; son, Henry; sisters, Pearl Brown, Eva Blizzard; brother, Charles; nine grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren. She was predeceased by husband, Henry; son, William; stepmother, Jane (Hape); son-in-law, Charles Paris. Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Thursday in Furlong's Funeral Home.
