OBITUARY: Mrs. Wordlow H. Moore
Parrsboro - Many friends learned with deep regret of the death of Mrs.
Wordlow H. Moore which occurred here on Wednesday, June 15 after a lengthy
illness.
42 years of age, Mrs. Moore was the former Ethel Mary Imber, the daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Fred P. Imber and was born in Sydney. A graduate of the
Provincial Normal College in Truro, she was teaching in the Advocate school
previous to her marriage.
Left to mourn her loss are her husband; three daughters, Valerie, 18;
Sharon, 11; and Jean, 9, all at home; and her aged parents, Mr. and Mrs.
Imber who for many years have resided with Mr. and Mrs. Moore in Parrsboro.
The funeral service will be held from St. George's Anglican Church on
Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock with the rector, Rev. W.R. Anthony
officiating.
