Mrs. John CANNING, Fox River, died November 1962. Maiden name of
BOWDEN, but no first name. Did I pass that one on to you?

OBITUARY
TRURO - Clarence Lloyd CANNING, 73, died at the Colchester County
Hospital on Monday following a brief illness. Born in West Brook,
Cumberland County, he was a son of the late William and Olive Canning.
He had been employed as a conductor on the CNR until his retirement
eight years ago. He was a member of Brunswick Street United Church. He
was predeceased by his wife, the former Elta Sweet of Wyndham,
Cumberland County, one sister and two brothers. Surviving are one
daughter, Marion (Mrs. Willis Parsons), Truro, two sisters, Mrs. Graham
Harvey, Baldwin, N.Y., Ruby (Mrs. Robert Hostitter), Hyde Park, N.Y.
The remains are resting at the Mattatall Funeral Home in Truro. Funeral
arrangements will be announced later.
