I checked with our local Library for an Interlibrary loan of the above
book. I was told that there are only 20 Libraries in the world that carry
the book and a lot of them are in their reference library and would not
be released for loan. She did order it for me but it will 3 to 6 weeks
before they can get it here, and she wasn't too sure I could get it at
all. Will let you know if I am successful.
