She met Leo in Boston and they were married in Cambridge September 4, 1948. They moved to California and raised their four sons there until 1959. She was a long-time employee of the Canadian Rock Salt Company in Pugwash where she worked as a cost clerk. Summertime was special for the grandkids when they came to stay at Nannie and Granddad's where baths didn't matter and candy was a food group. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. with services to commence at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alzheimer Society. Spring burial will be in Waugh Cemetery, Gulf Shore.
